World Longest ambulance service has stated its services in Dubai. Twenty meter long ambulance service has included in the Guinness book of world record as world longest ambulance service. Ambulance has capability to provide aid to 44 patients simultaneously, it is 18 meters (59 feet).Internet, and fax and satellite cameras facilities are there for the Doctors. There is an intensive care unit along with radiography and integrated pharmacy. There is facility of video conferencing for Doctors to discuss the condition of the patient and prescribe the medicine.

It is more like a mobile hospital and very and time affective then sending many small ambulances. The blue-and white stretch-ambulance features a helicopter landing pad on its roof to transfer the patient to the hospital at the time of emergency.
