Google threat to out china on Wednesday

Google have announced to out of china from the Wednesday against the Chinese censer hip laws. Google said that “we should no longer agree to censor our results”. Google said that its decision is due to cyber attack on email accounts. Many other firms similarly targeted in china. Google is working with us officials to notify those companies. It is against the freedom of speech and expression. According to Chinese law unfiltered search engine is not allowed and Google is still filtering search results in china. China conceive “Google search” as threat to its control. Some Chinese banned website can still access through the Google.
Google started its services in 2006 in china. China has world largest 360 million internet users and Google currently hold third of the search market. Analyst have expectation that Google would business 60billion$ in 2010.But its pull out from the Chinese market is a major economic loss but Google is giving more priorities to ethic and principles while yahoo have business mind. Google have opinion that it is not matter of revenue but freedom of speech and expression. The talk between Chinese and Google officials is carry on to accommodate uncensorship web services but chances of its success are very low.
We have urged china to ensure a secure environment of for its companies. Obama has emphasized on full and free flow of information on internet. This depute may stoke tension between US and china. Both states have odds on political and economic grounds. China Government places tight limits on citizen web access. Many terms, sites and search are banned. On Thursday china talked with companies regarding more censorship and warned against pornography, cyber-attack and online fraud. May US firm citizen for helping Chinese police with the web?
China said that there is political motive behind this and analyst said that there is only one customer to deal and that is Chinese Government. It is expected that Google will pull out from china and Microsoft and Yahoo would likely cover the gape.Google.com will carry on in china but Googl.cn will closed. It is great economic loss for the Google but more bad for Chinese PR. It wills portrait wrong image of china and its future economic progress.

Police play very important rule in the society. It is very difficult to maintain law an order in a society without the involvement of Police. It is very difficult to achieve peace without the proper use of police. In third world countries the dilemma is that police conceive itself above the law and has taken extrajudicial action. They involve in corruption, criminal activities, extrajudicial killings and serve as a criminal instead of protecting people from crime. After decolonization the main problem that past colonial states are faced is the lack of good Governs. Republic of the Philippines is an important country of the Asia pacific has faced same issue.

The motto of Philippine national police is serving and protect but it doing action completely opposite of its motto. It took role of judiciary, judge and prosecutor and killed the not only criminal but civilians in encounters. Manila is among most dense cities of the world and to maintain law and order is very difficult. In February 2007, police killed 29 suspects although the policemen were suspended but no further action has taken place yet. There are daily newspapers stories of alleged shootout and police conceive that rubout is the solution of the crime. They think that they will reduce the crime rate with the high level of dead bodies. People think that police continuously taking law in the hands, although there is corruption and problem in judicial process but it is not justification for extrajudicial killing. Police must remain civilian in character but the Philippine national police training is heavily militarizing that polish the minds of the policemen to use force. There is greed of power and use of force in bureaucracy that set a goal of violence. Every year 30 thousand people apply to join the police force but due to short budget there is only 1 policeman for 1500 people. Low salary compels them towards corruption that further spoils the situation. There is need of strong leadership to clear police and judicial system. People have fear of police and they don’t respect them. Although there is human rights desk nation wide and human rights is included in the Police curriculum but they kick of it in actual moment, when they are in the streets and it is very painful experience for public.

UN condemns the Philippine national police extrajudicial role in its two reports. Police has taken role from protection of humans from criminality to accused criminality. There are 20 people killed in shoot out since last 9 months and no single case file against anyone. It is matter of responsibility and Government should take action against this human rights violations. It is not only state responsibility but also people responsibility to stood against criminal activities and protect their basic human right of life. Police has to accountable to gain the trust of the people and Governments should fee the misery of the policeman and if they want to gain the faith of the people, they must stabilize the system. Only 24 bullets in a year provided to policeman and policeman buys more on there for protection, half of the Philippine don’t have fire arm. No one will remain safe if the people faith on the system will not reinstate.

In the Legacy of Second World War cold war started, when the alley of second world war turn into opponent in the cold war. In the end of the Second World War many issues started those are still bone of contention in international politics and relation of states. Some are solved or circumstances lead to the solution of those issues similar to fall of Berlin wall. But many are still there like Palestine issue, North and South Korean issue .Taiwan problem and South Korea and Japan territorial dispute over Liancourt Rocks that are also known as Dokdo in Korean and Takeshima in Japanese.

Liancourt Rocks dispute sparkle up again when new guidebook released by Japanese Government for high school history teachers. The idea of the handbook is to give deeper understand to the students for japans’ territorial claims. South Korea reacts strictly that the Japanese relation could suffer due to this teacher’s outlet that claimed Liancourt Rocks to Japan. South Korean foreign ministry spokesmen said that the new manual “could cause negative effect on developing future-oriented relations between South Korea and Japan by infusing wrong territorial perceptions into Japan’s future generations. He said that islands belong to South Korea no matters what claim Japan makes. The rocky clusters of islands have long been a source of discord between South Korea and Japan. Japan proposed to solve the issue through international court of justice while south rejected the proposal and claimed its jurisdiction on Liancourt Rocks. North Korea supports the South Korea point of view. Two Korean citizen a fishermen and his wife are permanent citizen and Korean police and post guards stationed there. The islands have great potential of fishing and larger resources or gas resources.
Although there is very good political and economic relation enjoyed by both states but due to Liancourt Rocks there is diplomatic conflict that could harm there future relations.
